Heri Catur Prasetya

Heri Prasetya, widely known as Gombloh, is a Malang-based artist who earned his Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Art and Design at Universitas Negeri Malang before continuing his Master's studies in Painting in Yogyakarta. His artistic practice is primarily centered on the use of pencil and acrylic paint, mediums through which he explores visual narratives with distinctive technical precision and expressive depth.

Active in the contemporary art scene since 2002, Heri has exhibited extensively across Indonesia and several Asian countries, with notable exhibitions including Imajinasi Kurva Tertutup (2016), Jatim Art Now (2012), AAF Kuala Lumpur (2021), and Dissonance (2022). His longstanding commitment to artistic practice has also earned him several accolades, including First Prize at Malang Mural Festival II and Second Prize in The Heritage of Malang Sketch Competition organized by Gramedia Malang.
